Who We Are & Our Why
Non-partisan grassroots, community based coalition of community members who are organizing to shine more light on the rise in Anti-Asian racist attacks and violence on our elders.
Intentions for the rally (Guiding Principles for Stand for Asians work-in-progress)
-build, boardend and expand Orange County area Asian Pacific Islander American solidarity and coalition building
-increase participation in anti-Asian hate crimes awareness for long-term prevention based solutions such as community education and intergroup dialogue
-increasing awareness of Orange County area resources providing advocacy for survivors, families & community
-linkage to new opportunities to strengthen and empower our collective communities for improved services, programs and resources for an overall quality of life centered in dignity and safety
