The annual charity golf tournament has been Cathay Bank’s signature fundraiser since 1977. It is a highly anticipated event among bank’s team members and clients. Although paused for two years due to the pandemic, Cathay Bank continued its commitment to our communities.

“I am grateful for your participation in this charity event- to every golfer, sponsor, volunteer, and team member, for your generous time and support.” said Peter Wu, Chairman of the Cathay Bank Foundation. “After a two-year pause, it is also good to see many friends join in-person to support the cause. The event was a great success.”

Funds raised from this tournament will benefit the Asian American Senior Citizens Service Center, Cathay Bank Foundation, Friends of the Chinatown Library, Herald Family Center Counseling Ministry, International Institute of Los Angeles, Irvine Chinese School, No Limits for deaf children and families, Pacific Clinics, and the Taiwanese American Heritage Week.
