Back by popular demand, Beverly Wilshire, A Four Seasons Hotel reintroduces the Secret Rosé Garden to its famed Rodeo Terrace on June 1, 2019. Inspired by the Hotel’s former Rooftop Garden Lounge from the 1960s and 70s, the enchanting oasis will feature delicious bites, blushing rosé varietals, and pop-up shops – complete with breath-taking views of Rodeo Drive.

“We are excited to bring back this popular pop-up,” says Regional Vice President and General Manager Peter Humig. “What could be better than rosé and alfresco dining, right in the enviable heart of Beverly Hills!”

Transporting guests into a summertime escape through an unmarked door, embark on this rooftop experience and into the Secret Rosé Garden through a pink passageway. Upon entering, come face to face with a 55-foot (17 metre) rose-covered wall by renowned florist Eric Buterbaugh, and grassy rooftop. Over to the left, find a pergola encircled by cascading vines with roses above Carrera marble tables and woven bistro chairs. While on the right, guests are welcome to grab a glass of rosé from the Pernod Lounge, before heading over to the pop-up shops to peruse items from RX Candles, We Are on Wheels, Lisandra Vazquez Photography, Sybil J Clothing and Corc Yoga. And don’t forget to bring “rose coloured glasses” because guests can expect even more “Instagrammable moments” this summer with the addition of a life-size birdcage and pink bathtub.

The Secret Rosé Garden at Beverly Wilshire serves rosé every way from sparkling to still, frosé, and as the featured ingredient in cocktails. New to the menu this year is the addition of Colton Underwood’s Legacy 65 Roses rosé sine, where a portion of proceeds from sales will go back to The Legacy Foundation. To complement the bevy of beverages, guests can select from a carefully-curated menu by Executive Chef Samir Roonwal. Complementing all things rosé, choose from caviar, a seafood tower with oysters shrimp and crab claws, ceviche, sashimi, salads, cheese boards and a dessert menu offering daily delectable rose and rosé-inspired confections.
